First Visit
On your first visit you will be asked to complete a “Confidential Patient Information” questionnaire before Dr. Rice sees you. Some of this information will involve your past medical history. These questions are all necessary because they supply Dr. Rice with essential information about you. It is also important that we know the names and dosages of any medications you have been using or taking.
Your first visit will usually consist of:
- Consultation; chiropractic, neurological, and orthopedic examination.
- X-rays, if necessary.
- Spinal adjustment and supportive therapies
Dr. Rice cannot treat you until he knows what is causing your problem, so please don’t ask or expect him to start treatment until he has completed the necessary examinations and testing. The reputation our office has and the results we receive are a result of being very thorough and meticulous in finding the cause of your problem or condition. As you leave the office you will be given a card with your next appointment date noted.
