INSURANCE AND FEES

Most insurance companies cover Chiropractic. Dr. Rice is a participating provider for most of the major insurance companies. If you have insurance, you must bring your insurance card or plan information with you. We will take assignment for the portion that the insurance covers. You will be responsible for your deductible and the portion that your insurance does not cover, at the time of services. 

Dr. Rice is a Medicare Provider. If you are a Medicare recipient, we will file your claims for you. You will be responsible for your deductible, co-payment and any services not covered by Medicare, at the time of service. If you have a Medicare supplement some of these expenses may be covered by your secondary insurance.
